Below are a few samples of the blight rehab work we’ve done on previously abandoned or vacant structures. In addition to rehabbing blighted homes, BFB owns several vacant parcels that are mowed and cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by BFB’s maintenance team.

BFB’s ultimate vision of increasing homeownership rates leads to partnering with National Housing Services and other agencies to develop a Lease-to-Purchase option for its tenants, focusing specifically on credit score enhancement, homeownership literacy, and financial literacy programs.
